FBK Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Face By Kait to fulfill your services! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.

Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a partial refund of the retainer.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to additional fees or loss of payments at the artist’s discretion.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Retainers may be transferred once to a new date if sufficient notice is given.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed; however, late arrivals may result in reduced service time, $25 late fee for every additional 15 minutes, or cancellation of the appointment without refund.

Client Preparation
Clients are expected to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise discussed. Any known allergies or skin conditions must be disclosed prior to the appointment.

Travel & On-Location Services
Travel fees may apply depending on the location of the appointment. Parking, tolls, or valet fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

Sanitation & Hygiene
All tools and products are fully washed and sanitized for each client in order to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Photography & Marketing
Photos or videos of completed work may be taken and used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with these policies.
